If your iphone is disabled / locked / forgot passcode your going to want to

1. Plug your iphone into itunes, but make sure to backup your iphone first by clicking backup now
2. Put your iphone into dfu mode by press and hold the sleep wake plus home button for 8 seconds until a recovery mode screen comes up. (this might take more than 1 try)
3. Click restore after you have gotten to the recovery mode and click restore backup at this point
