So today I wanted to talk about Escape from Tarkov and the cheating epidemic that has being going on for years now. It took a video by content creator "g0at" however to I think really spark this huge discussion over the actual numbers of cheaters in Tarkov, and what the developer is (or isn't) doing to help alleviate the issue. As someone who has been playing the game on/off since early to mid 2017 with about ~1300 hours I figured I would try to discuss just WHY people are cheating in Tarkov and go over what I can think the major issues are with finding, reporting and getting rid of what most likely is the vast majority of cheaters in the game.
