I can't think of any game that has been as controversial as DayZ's development over its early access period has been. Missed deadlines, changed roadmaps and even complete team rollovers have soured the idea of the game for many of the die-hard fans of the original mod. Here in August 2019, more than 8 months after DayZ "launched" out of early access... how close does it get to the original mod's experience and is it worth playing after so long?
