Is Final Fantasy 2 Worth It?
1After the huge success of Final Fantasy which saved the company known as SquareSoft at the time there was going to be a sequel and in no time at all Final Fantasy 2 came out.
This game was only released in Japan because in order to translate it and get it over to the west it would come out when the Super Nintendo was around so they decided to skip this game and instead translate Final Fantasy 4 for the SNES.
A few years later numerous ports of the game have come out and even some fan made english translations of the NES original.
In this game you play as a band of four heroes led by Firion who set out on a quest to stop the evil emperor after he destroys the town that they grew up in. It's pretty dark!
But is this sequel worth it or was it for the best that it didn't come out in the west?
