On June 29, 2020, it was announced that Landcadia Holdings II, Inc. (LCA) and GNOG intends to merge and form Golden Nugget Online Gaming, Inc., resulting GNOG becoming a publicly traded company on the NASDAQ with the ticker symbol “GNOG”. In this video, I’ll be discussing about GNOG. I will first provide a brief introduction about the company, what they do, and how they earn income, then I will analyze the company qualitatively, followed by a quantitative analysis, looking at the company’s financials and valuation. I will then conclude on whether I think the company is a buy at its current price and whether I own any shares in this business myself.
