I'm not a GW2 Vet, but I'm not also a newbie. Been playing for 11 months so far. I just want to share what I think is important to understand before playing this game.

Also, the reason I emphasize on the F2P perspective, is because too many players are under the presumption that Guild Wars 2 gives everythign for FREE... but, that's irrelevant. Every F2P MMOs comes with limitations just like SWOR, FF14, ESO... etc. This is nothing new.

Lastly, few tips from a someone who joined 11 months ago with no regrets. ^^

But again, in order to understand, you need to give yourself a chance to learn for at least 30 days.

If you only play 3 hours... it may be harder to comprehend all the basic elements/features of the game. ( took me almost 2 months to understand the basic of everything! )

Hope you give yourself a chance to play at least 30 days , then you can decide either you stay, or leave. Cheers
