Here's how you do:

1. Remove all the content inside the soundscapes text documents except for the "manifest" one so they are 0 kb. Don't delete them.

2. Replace the files inside the zip with the ones inside the "scripts" folder (it's always good to take a backup first of the files).

3. Restart CS:GO and it should work
