1Okay, the title has a little bit of backstory.
So... About 5 or 6 years ago I was surfing through the internet playing this game, then I saw a rumour about Waluigi being unlocked. I was interested so I searched for more and more types of rumours talking about how he's super ultra secret and stuff like that.
However, one of those rumours was a little special... I can't remember the exact steps but I remember one part that said to collect 100 coins in the Chief Chilly stage. Obviously the stage itself you can't get 100 coins, but sometimes when you hit him he drops coins.
The rumour said that collecting 100 coins would cause a Mega Mushroom to spawn. And look here, this is NOT 100 coins but it's close! When I first did this I was amazed and actually though the rumour was real!
Long story short, it wasn't and I'm disappointed. But why would Nintendo make this Mega Mushroom spawn after a certain amount of coins? I wonder...
