With the latest Dragonflight Alpha build unlocking some of the max-level content, we're finally able to take a look at the Dragon Isles reputations and how to farm them!

Not Reputation, but Renown
There are four main factions in the Dragon Isles: the Dragonscale Expedition, the Maruuk Centaur, the Iskaara Tuskarr, and the Valdrakken Accord. However, as you first discover these factions and check your reputation standings, you will notice that these do not actually have reputation bars, but they instead Renown bars!
This is correct - Dragon Isles reputations do not use the usual Reputation standings, but instead, they use a Renown system similar to the one used by Covenants in Shadowlands. You're able to check your Dragon Isles Renown by checking on your Dragon Isles summary menu. Mousing over a specific Faction in the Summary window will give you more information, such as how much Renown is left for the next level, what rewards the next Renown level will give you, as well as an option to track that faction with an experience bar.
Clicking on a faction on the Summary menu will open the Renown tab for that faction, which uses a very similar UI to the one used in Shadowlands - There you can preview all rewards for that faction!
Farming Dragon Isles Renown
In Shadowlands, Renown was only farmable a couple of times a week. Farming Renown in Dragonflight is a little different, as although these are referred to as Renown, farming Renown is similar to farming reputation. Below are the currently known ways of farming Dragon Isles Renown:
Completing daily quests in the Dragon Isles grants 75 Reputation with that faction;
Completing the weekly quest Making a Name (collect 3000 reputation with any Dragon Isles factions) grants 200 Reputation for all Dragon Isles Factions;
Completing events such as Primalist Invasions and Centaur Hunts also grant reputation, changing depending on event. Values are still being compiled as of the time of this post.
One Renown level requires 1000 Reputation to obtain. Currently, with the known max Renown levels for each Dragon Isles faction, farming these faction's renown requires less reputation than your usual Neutral to Exalted reputation farm (which requires 42000 Reputation):
The Maruuk Centaur have a maximum Renown of 20, or 20000 Reputation to farm;
The Dragonscale Expedition have a maximum Renown of 25, or 25000 Reputation to farm;
The Iskaara Tuskarr and the Valdrakken Accord have a maximum Renown of 30, or 30000 Reputation to farm.
