It's finally here! Settra had three direct changes - two to his mounts, one to let him equip Arcane items - that made for significant differences to his quality of unlife in recent patches, so I've researched him as thoroughly as I can in terms of game mechanics and style to try and give you good advice. I hope I've been up to the task.
