In Warlords of Draenor Blizzard introduced the command table to World of Warcraft - something that many players did not enjoy. In Legion they decided to bring it back, but this time they made the command table less important to the core gameplay and instead made it more of a side mini game that earns small bonuses of money, artifact power, and so forth. But is the table really necessary? Is the randomly generated missions and sending followers off on them based on their respective attributes really 'fun?' Would the system maybe be better if it were simply you assign certain followers to gather X resources, whether that be artifact power, gold, or whatever?
