Is the Sims 4 set for 2016 or 2017 release date for PS4 and Xbox One with all DLC & Expansions?
The Sims has quickly become one of the most popular life simulation games of all time and while it's life may have started on the PC, some of the previous games in the series have been ported to consoles in the past.
The Sim 3 was was released for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 one year after the initial release of the game and those versions also received all expansions for the game. While The Sims 4 has not yet been released for consoles, there are reports stating that fans should see the game being ported very soon.
According to reports, EA originally planned to release versions for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One two years after the initial release of the game. The Sims 4 was first released in 2014 for Windows PC, so if this is true that console users should see the game being released by September this year.
Sadly it seems that EA has found some problems with porting the game which will delay the release, at worst the game would be released in early 2017. Hopefully, the problems will be fixed before then so that we can still see a 2016 release date.
