The first suggested fix is decreasing the size of Hanzo's arrow hitboxes or those of heroes. This would make landing 'legit' shots on small heroes an absolute nightmare, especially with 20 tickrate.
The second 'solution': Increasing the size of objects' hitboxes. This video gives an idea of what that would lead to. Better than dying behind a wall every once in a blue moon?
