This is some example footage played back on a LifeView PCinema II MPEG playback card. It is a ISA card from 1995. The card uses the Winbond W9910 / W9920 chipset for hardware decoding of MPEG video in CIF format (also Video CD / CD-I / Karaoke CD). It plays either 320x240 29.97 fps mpeg video to 640x480 or 320x288 25 fps to 704x576 mode. VGA signal goes through the card by a loop back cable. The card has drivers for Windows 3.x (Windows 95 was not released at this time) and supports a 386 or better.
You can see the config dialog and player application.
Demo footage from the game trailer of Detroit / Deus Ex Mankind Divided / NVidia New Dawn / first few minutes of Kung Fury (by LaserUnicorns) movie.
