I'd say the anime one is more sad. Why? Cause in the game at least Isara died in peace with the presence of many of her friends and brother and she was able to say her final words. But in the anime, I find it depressing since she died with only Rosie there and had no final words.

But seriously, why aim for Isara!? I mean she is a Darcsen, but still! Taking out the biggest threat would be the more logical choice! Sorry to the Rosie fans, but I would've preferred it if Rosie is the one that got shot and Isara lived.
Isara will be missed.
