12Having upgraded one of our passenger air routes, we start by enlarging a key cargo airport - fences permitting! There's also an astonishing amount of coal waiting near Erehwon so I really ought to add capacity to that route, which also means our steel plant needs a bigger train and thus our goods factory ... well, you know how it works!!
