Issue i was having with my General Electric "Strap fan" model F14S125 resolved

This description is an actual prerequisite to this video. I tested this fan out at an estate sale (the last estate sale video) so in this case, that counts as the first video of this fan. (Of course i bought it, it was only 28 bucks)

Anyways, i operated it days later (last night to be exact) adjusted at the downward most position. After awhile it would get stuck while oscillating to the left. Apparently, in its current operating condition, it always gets hung up when oscillating to the left if it is adjusted pointing downwards.

I'm not sure how to disassemble this fan and would rather not in case i mess something up. All i want to do is repaint the blade.
