Italian F-35s have landed on board HMS Queen Elizabeth for the first time.โœˆ๏ธ

It makes Italy the first European NATO ally to operate the Lightning jets from the aircraft carrier.

The Italian F-35Bs, the same variant as the joint UK and US stealth fighters currently operating from the Royal Navy fleet flagship, landed, re-fuelled and relaunched from the vessel.
