ItB - Unfair - Big Bruisers, Episode 1
0I'm ready to take on Into the Breach's Unfair Mode again, and I want to try out some big strong mechs for this run:
Big Bruisers: Combat Mech, Mirror Mech, Boulder Mech. Default equipment.
The basic idea here is that all three of these mechs do some big damage in the early game (particularly Mirror Mech with its one-core-for-one-damage-on-two-shots upgrade, that we saw with the Mirror Breakers custom squad I did a while ago.), and as usual for squads I want to bring to Unfair mode, all three of them can push enemies. So, as early as the island 1 timepod, all three of these mechs can do 2 damage which is actually pretty solid.
I'm going to combine this with taking Gana with me as my time travelling pilot, because he's been overlooked for too long as being too expensive to use his ability, and I want this run to demonstrate some of his usefulness. He's most famous as a Vek distraction, which sometimes works and sometimes doesn't, but even if neither his distraction nor his damage nor his bodyblocking does much, just the better deployment can go a long way.
