These pass 2 years a lot of the games have been nothing but battle royales. I hope the time of battle royales would be coming to an end soon and something new comes along.

Until that game comes, we will get all the battle royales that will be fill more than our hearts and make us rage against the machine. Anyways, Scavengers is a weird PvPvE "Battle Royale", where the objective of the game is to collect some data and extract at the end. So basically everyone can win at the end if the lobby decides not to fight each other. It's weird in a sense where it doesn't feel like an actual Battle Royale which usually means last man standing wins. I guess it never advertised to be a Battle Royale game, but it definitely does feel like it.

Pros:
- Different characters, different play styles.
- Sound is good.
- Concept is alright.
- Gunplay felt good.
- The abilities made it a little better.
- The environment actually looks neat.
- The PvE part actually worked really well.
- Map is Huge.

Cons:
- Some characters are just broken.
- Map is huge, but only a small part of it is playable.
- It becomes a camp game at the end game and no incentive to actually kill other players.
- Random start point is weird, sometimes it spawns us at places with absolutely no loot and you're just done for that game based on that random spawn.
- Did not run that well when I was playing it, it took a while to load in and render the map.
- It felt more like it was only a PvE game the the PvP is optional.
- Camping the end zone makes you win.
- People tend to not want to fight at all in this game, atleast in the asia server.

I don't like it. It's weird. I want to play it like other Battle Royales but I couldn't just because other people don't want to fight, as soon I engage in a fight, the other team has that super runny character and just run away and get like 500km away from me in like 5 seconds. At the end it just feels like a PvE game until the final 3 minutes or so where the ship shows up and everyone just camps the ship killing anyone that is getting in late in the ship for easy kills and points.
