It's official! Gigantic is back! (In 2 months)
28Well holy moly, great googley moogley. We did it fans. Gearbox is bringing back Gigantic to play on April 9th. It will be on Steam, PS and Xbox. Reddit had some minor buzz earlier in the day when somebody noticed a new Twitter account show up for @Gogigantic 2 hours later, the 2 Gigantic Discords went nuts with the announcement that Gigantic-Rampage Edition was listed on Steam with a proper store front, videos, description AND a request access button for the Feb 22nd beta test.
A few months back, Gearbox brought back Gigantic, in a rough form, for one weekend. They did it via the Arc launcher (PWE). People held a cautious hope it'd be a sign. Little drips here and there came out like some assets on Steam and Arc and some minor activity on Twitter and such. The damn broke loose this morning confirming that all the hopium was in fact valid. Sign up for that beta and play!
