The beginning to our Let’s Play of J-Stars Victory VS +; an action game for the PlayStation 3 developed by Spike Chunsoft and published by Bandai Namco Entertainment in 2015.
Our hero, Monkey D. Luffy, is waiting for his ship to be repaired when he notices dozens of ships setting sail of in the distance. Lamenting that he cannot can’t go on a grand adventure and follow those ships; Luffy hears a booming voice proclaiming to be the god of jump world. The voice tells Luffy that those ships are heading off to join a great battle tournament where the winner will earn a single wish. The voice offers Luffy a ship of his own provided he agrees to enter the tournament by traveling south to Korin Tower. Luffy agrees immediately and sets sail to adventure.
