So due to some mods I added, it made Fallout New Vegas really merciless regarding damage. Instant death headshot for both NPCs and me. Damage adjuster that made quite unforgiving for me and NPCs both almost all calibers, I also have some random encounter, increased NPCs through Mojave as well, it's why Jackals had their camp, and Robos were just near the Vertibird.
