Now that all the products in the September 2014 Jacked-in-a-Box from Muscle and Fitness have been tried, it is time to review them and see what is good and what is crap. Here Bryon Lape goes through each product and gives you his opinions.

The device for measuring body fat mentioned in the video is an Omron HBF-306. A manual is available on-line and it suggests using the athlete setting based on working out 3-4 times per week and lifting weights for an hour. This will give a score of 60, which is the minimum for the athlete setting. Comment if you have experience with devices like this one.
