For this beer review, the New Belgium collaboration Heavenly Feijoa Triple is up. Not the average take on a Belgium triple, this one has sour notes from the plants with which it was brewed and fermented. As part of the Lips of Faith series, Heavenly Feijoa Tripel is a collaboration with Dieu du Ciel. Made with hibiscus flowers and feijoa, which is also known as pineapple guava, combine to give an interesting combination of sweet and tart flavors. This is a good one.
