JackQuest (Jack's Quest?), is one of many Metroid-Vania titles to hit the Nintendo Switch's extensive indie market, but this one in particular stands out for a few reasons. 1) is the $1.49 sale price from its regular $9.99. The other is that it really is a fast-paced and enjoyable game that while not feeling particularly 'original' is completely enjoyable and fun to play. Rove through the maze-like caverns as you attempt to rescue you GF. Gain abilities, kill mobs, open locked doors, blah blah blah... If you're a platforming fan, try to nab it while it's still on sale. XD
