It's preferred to always have the complete chassis supplied when working on machine faults, because all too often you can end up fixing a board to a certain point but only when it's back in the chassis do you find that there's other issues, of which you would not have found without the chassis.

Still, so long as people accept this limitation when sending jobs in, I'm willing to infrequently do this task.
