Discovered by me a few days ago, hidden from under everyone's noses for the last (almost) 20 years! THIS WORKS ON ANY VERSION OF THE GAME, EXCEPT VITA BECAUSE IT'S BROKEN THERE! (Just like the rest of the port.)
This lets you play an alternate version of the fish minigame. Notably, it never ends* and is extremely difficult. See how far you can get! My personal best is 949 pounds so far, but some people have gone as far as over 2800!
