Jak II Hero Mode and Mirror Mode Part 5 - Act II Mission 9 (Hardest Mission in Hero Mode)
2Part 5 of the Hero+Mirror Mode Jak II Series covers over the entire session of completing the one and only Hardest Mission of Jak II Hero Mode Wise. (Destroy Ship at Drill Platform) This Mission in New Game can be tough but doable, whereas New Game+ it is peak Hard Mode. Did not help that when the time of day was Dark, I had a bit of a harder time seeing the Krimzon Guards and also it has been years since I have completed this on Hero Mode. (I think I have done this only 3 times in my life) Took me hours of attempts to finally realize a thing I was doing wrong when the first trio of guards would appear at the 40 Set along with noticing their flight pattern and which side you should not let the Guards linger against you. At one point, I took Advantage of early Giant Dark Jak by eliminating the early Guards prior to the 40 Set along with unlimited Dark Jak use. (sped up things instead of having to load reset the Dark Jak) Also, I was aware you can do the Jet Board Hover Glitch to skip this Super Hard Bit, but I did not know how to do it nor wanted to skip the Hardest thing the game has to offer on Hero Mode so I put up with the BS and stayed determined lol.
