Here's 21 missions but I didn't finish because it wiped my progress when I hit escape.

It doesn't look like much but I really felt like I was there due to the AI behaving accurately. MIGs will stalk your tail, fly in barrels, hide in clouds, and out turn you. You need to constantly scan the radar and RWR, missiles need to be fired in salvos because they're rubbish, and some aircraft don't have cannons leading to scrubbed missions if you face too much opposition.
