The game that popularized the Beat Em' Up genre (along with Golden Axe and Streets of Rage, which I both have planned playthroughs of), a genre which basically dominated the late 80's to early 90's.
This is also where Haggar, Cody, Guy, Poison, Sodom/Katana, Rolento, and Hugo all came from, so if you've played them in various Street Fighter or Vs. series games, this is where they originated.
