Often purported to be one of the worst games of all-time, Jaws for the NES utilizes a license from a lousy movie to combine a lackluster horizontal shooter, very primitive sailing, and a pseduo-3d battle against Jaws into a very short game on the NES cartridge. None of these 3 game modes are good, nor even average. However, all are mostly playable -- albeit boring.
Jaws on the NES is one of the cheaper buys for the platform and is good for a short-period of nostalgic enjoyment, but after about a half hour, it's LJN-ness shows and you will ask yourself why you were yet again tricked by the rainbow of death.
