NEW
• Added new Seamstress NPC Trader.

UPDATES
• Harvesting dead dogs for meat now produces a canine skeleton.
• Improved collision detection timings on some dog/wolf attack animation
• Human NPCs can no longer randomly patrol to inaccessible locations or off cliffs
• NPCs stuck with arrows will now remove the arrows after some time
• Stopping running in the safe-zone has caused issues with the training course.

FIXES
• Fixed Sam "German Shepard" is missing from safe-zone
• Fixed game crash occurring when moving in the vicinity of certain NPCs while in a vehicle.
• Fixed Dogs/wolves sounding like they are playing a 2D sound or have no attenuation.
• Fixed Icon not popping up on dead NPCs and Character interactions with NPCs
• Fixed followers not engaging in combat with wolves, dogs and crocodiles
• Fixed issue where a static NPC may attempt to target a player for combat if the player bumps in to them causing animation issues.
• Fixed NPCs not targeting the player if they are in a vehicle
• Fixed dead dogs and wolves twitching when taking further damage
