• Adjusted infected spawn height on Sens basement quest.

OPTIMISATION
• Optimised a number of assets around the map.
• Optimisation on AIV4 base spamming log.

FIXES
• Fixed fish not playing their swimming animations.
• Fixed fish sometimes not moving
