Originally I was just testing some races with hard difficulty with all the damage settings enabled as well as the tire wear and the fuel usage. It seems that the tire wear is variable for each track despite the car you chose or what Downforce settings you have. For example on a race with 50% Distance with Benetton at Imola, the tires lasted for 11 laps while racing on Montreal they last for a maximum of 9 laps. Going beyond that limit will literally cause the car to spin off.
After a few tests I've decided to record one race and was surprised how close the finish was, considering starting from last place and finish in 1st. This F1 race was indeed the probably the best F1 Race I've ever had! And I'm excited to do more of these!
