This video is part of my third playthrough of Jedi Knight: Dark Forces II, released by LucasArts in 1997. One of my favourite Star Wars games of all time for a few reasons; main ones being the sound, cool force powers, the lightsaber and the massive vertically focused levels (the graphics might have left a bit to be desired). I still have fond memories of playing online as well (via MSN Zone) as it was the first game I properly devoted time to (a struggle it was however using 56k internet from Australia).

I probably wouldn't have played this game nearly as much if I didn't win a copy from TripleM radio via a morning phone-in competition. The prize included the game, a shirt, carry bag, collector pin and various tid-bits. Pretty cool for a 13 year old at the time!

Playing (and recording) this properly on Windows 10 is a bit trickier than usual. I used the Steam release of the game with dege's Voodoo 2 wrapper ( http://dege.freeweb.hu/dgVoodoo2/ ) to support 3D Acceleration, as well as the FOV and MipMap patches created by Shinyquagsire23 and ZeqMacaw ( https://www.gamepressure.com/download.asp?ID=75085 ).

I have decided to turn off music for this playthrough to prevent copyright breaches as the game uses a lot of John William's original scores.
