One day the world decided that nuclear war would be a good thing, but then they decided that radiation was bad. So they started living in Vaults until the radiation went away. As soon as the world became livable people left their vaults and repopulated the surface. Except for Vault 101. No one enters, and no one leaves. And that's where I was born. This is Fallout 3 Game of the Year Edition.
