Better late than never huh? This is a jigsaw puzzle game released in the U.S. by XS Games near the end of the system's life. Originally developed long ago by Nippon Ichi (reknowned in the U.S. these days for La Pucelle, Phantom Brave and Disgaea: Hour of Darkness to name a few), this cool puzzle game is one of the few games not butchered by XS. Can you believe it!?!

Anyway, you can play over one hundred puzzles with a slew of varying themes from Sports and Vocational to "Hot Springs". The game also has an exhibition mode where you can view high quality art versions of all the puzzles. The versus mode is so much like "Pieces" or Jigsaw Party for the SNES/SFC that it feels like a great spiritual sequel to the game in general. With a number of ways to customize the puzzles and what appears to be a four player mode (I haven't tested it, the case says 1 or 2, but you know... XS Games), this is a great game at a great value. BUY IT, URGH!
