Joe Jonas makes a significant step after agreeing child custody with Sophie Turner.
Following a dramatic update, Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner have revised their divorce plans.
Joe petitioned a Miami court to drop his divorce case after the separated couple attended mediation for four days and agreed on a temporary arrangement for child custody.
According to court records obtained by Page Six, the pair reached "various agreements" and intends to "pursue an amicable solution to all issues."
After four years of marriage, the Jonas Brothers member filed for divorce from Sophie in September, prompting the latter to sue her spouse for "abducting" her and filing her own divorce suit in the UK.
Joe and Sophie decided earlier this week to divide custody of their children Willa and Delphine, with each parent caring for them for two weeks at a time.
They will also complete the plan by January 7, 2024, and allow youngsters to spend Thanksgiving with their father and Christmas with their mother.
The couple wrote in a statement to the magazine, "After a productive and successful mediation, we have agreed that the children will spend time equally in loving homes in both the US and the UK."
