Meghan Markle shares the same thoughts as Queen Camilla.
Despite her animosity with the Royal family, Meghan Markle expressed similar thoughts to King Charles' wife, Queen Camilla, at a recent event.
During a World Mental Health Day panel session in New York City, Meghan, Duchess of Sussex, candidly addressed her fears about her children possibly using social media in the future.
In the conference, the former actress cautioned parents about the dangers of the internet world for today's youngsters, which she co-hosted with her husband, Prince Harry.
In her address to the audience, Meghan stated that while her children, Prince Archie, 4, and Princess Lilibet, 2, are not yet of the age to use social media, she fears the day when they will.
Previously, Queen Camilla, then Duchess of Cornwall, told the Daily Mail about the evils of social media and the internet.
"Families don't sit down any longer, do they, and have dinner," she went on to say. "Everyone is now on their phones. People bring their flipping phones to the table! You must deprive them of them."
"Social media can achieve a lot of good, but then you have the nightmare of children going on and seeing things they don't understand," she said.
"And then they can't talk to you or look you in the eyes." "I'm always telling them, 'Stop it and look up at me [to her grandchildren]!'" Camilla remarked. "This is a nightmare." It irritates me greatly!"
