Numa misteriosa estação espacial flutuando na órbita da Terra, Uka Uka está irritado com Córtex por ele ter falhado novamente, mas o doutor então tem a idéia de mais um plano: encolher a Terra de modo a ficar do tamanho de uma uva com sua mais nova invenção, o Minimizador Planetário. Quando Córtex escarnece das agora microscópicas pessoas da Terra, Coco alega que Córtex está usando os cristais para encolher a Terra, e manda Crash buscar mais cristais, assim ela poderá construir um aparato que poderá reverter os efeitos do Minimizador.
