Andy Signore, the channel's primary anchor, went through a similar ordeal in which several coworkers accused him of sexual assault and harassment while he worked for Screen Junkies. The fact that every coworker he had at the time ghosted him made this even more crucial to his professional future. Even though none of the claims were shown to be true, he still lost everything in the incident.
Celebrity gossip became the focus of his new channel, which allowed him to recast his image and advance. The majority of the Popcorned Planet channel's current popularity—which includes approximately 700,000 subscribers—is a result of the entire Johnny Depp saga. The whole YouTube channel staff attended Depp's show last weekend in Vegas. The actor agreed to spend some time with Signore backstage and they enjoyed a brief moment.
