Can this get more pathetic for the NCAA? Johnny Manziel, AKA Johnny Football, has been suspended for one half of the season opener against Rice for his role in a pay-for-sign memorabilia controversy. Manziel allegedly accepted separate payments of &7500 for his signature with eBay brokers. The NCAA is proving to be a bigger joke then we thought.
