Fortunately, he's not too hard if you buff yourself and use Experimental Drugs over and over.
He has the ability to heal 1000 HP and to heal all status effects, but that doesn't matter much when those events trigger before the turn begins-- he heals himself right in time for yet another Experimental Drug!
