I was honored to be invited by E|C to attend a memorial service for one of the most amazing people I've met on Holdfast, Paul aka Jon_Snow. I usually played on public servers by myself with one other friend, but Jon's presence always made me feel welcomed. He was a kind soul, a strong leader, and a skilled player that brought the best out of all of us (friends and strangers alike). Jon tragically passed away on December 25, 2020 by taking his own life. As someone who has struggled with trauma and depression before as well as being empathetic and studying psychology, this hit me real hard. I've always been one to push for the importance of mental health/well-being. Jon, I hope you know that you made an impact on many of us and you will never be forgotten. Fly high you remarkable man!

I also want to let others know that you are not alone in this fight and that there are others who are struggling with you or have struggled before. We are all in this together especially during stressful times. Please use the resources down below if you are seeking help.
