In a recent interview with The Hollywood Reporter, newly appointed Batgirl director Joss Whedon got to talking about his upcoming adaptation when he dropped some interesting information about his take on the character and why she should exist in the current DCEU.
The New York times is reporting that five major studios are bidding for the rights to James Bond. The series has been based at Sony Pictures Entertainment since 2006’s Casino Royale where the 007 franchise has made over $3.5 billion in box office receipts.
In a new interview with Slash Film, director James Gunn revealed that Adam Warlock was originally going to be a part of his upcoming Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 2.

While Deadline is reporting that Doctor Strange director Scott Derrickson is heading up a new adaptation of the comic series Locke and Key for Hulu, the report also reveals that Derrickson is expected to return for Doctor Strange 2.
Variety reports that Lionsgate has acquired rights to the thriller Smart House, with James Wan attached to produce and The Hills Have Eyes’ Alexandre Aja directing.
EW has revealed a brand new cover from their upcoming Summer Movie spectacular and it features May’s release of Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 front and center.
According to Deadline, Clint Eastwood has decided on his next project and will helm the true story drama The 15:17 to Paris, which chronicles the story of three American friends who took down an ISIS terrorist on the #9364 train from Brussels to Paris in 2015.
