Journey - Don't Stop Believin'-(piano and synth multipart cover)
4I have made a cover of one song from this legwndary band, Journey, who's current frontman is a fellow Filipino, Atnel Pineda. The song in question is Separate Ways (watch here: • Journey - Separate Ways Keyboard cover (ta... ) which took me 3 takes to actually master the parts accurately. Thus one, however, I have been bless:d by opportunitus playing LIVE with my former bandmates because our vocalist had the Steve Perry/Arnel Pineda vocal range. The difference is, I had minor mistakes when i was playing this years ago. The left-hand bass lines werent actually fone in octaves but with single fingers.
And on that note, special thanks are in order. Before I shot my cover 2 days ago, i actually watched tutorials and came across @TutorialsByHugo 's version of Don't Stoo believing which happens to also coincide with @PianoteOfficial 's tutorial (same left hand). I then relearned the entire song using the new idea i learned.
