Data log: The Living Embodiment of my greatest failure. After the reactor meltdown was resolved we thought we had fixed all the equipment and resumed testing as normal, yet we failed to notice the energy levels that caused the meltdown to occur in the first place were still dramatically high, and a devastating explosion caused make subject to fuse and morph and melt together. Despite the destruction forcing me to move labs once again, my mistake followed me, and it lives as a constant reminder.
