How-to-unlock diffrent characters:
Unlock Zero Beat: Reach a "Jet" rank in a test run at Shibuya Terminal.
Unlock Soda: Beat Soda in City Rush at Highway Zero.
Unlock RoBoy: Reach a "Jet" rank at Chou Street.
Unlock Rapid 99: Reach a "Jet" rank at 99th Street.
Unlock Potts: Reach a "Jet" rank at Kibogaoka Hill.
Unlock NT-3000: Reach a "Jet" rank on Sky-Dinosaurium Square.
Unlock Noise Tank: Reach a "Jet" rank on Highway Zero.
Unlock Love Shockers: Reach a "Jet" rank on Hikage Street.
Unlock Immortals: Reach a "Jet" rank in Skyscraper District and Pharaoh Park.
Unlock Goji Rokkaku: Reach a "Jet" rank on Rokkaku-Dai Heights.
Unlock Garam: Finish his challenges.
Unlock Doom Riders: Reach a "Jet" rank on Dogenzaka Hill.
Unlock Combo: Finish his challenges.
Unlock Clutch: Complete DJ Professor K's instructions.
Unlock Boogie: You will find she on Kibogaoka Hill.
Unlock Beat: Defeat him in a street race.
Unlock A.ku.mu.: Reach a "Jet" rank on Fortified Residential Zone.
Unlock Test Run option:
Finish the game then speak with RoBoy. To unlock the characters in
test run mode, reach a "Jet" rank in test run mode.
Unlock Cube: First beat the Noise Tanks At Sky-Dinosaurian Square,
then go to the bottom of the Sewage Facility and beat Cube in the City Rush.
