In this tutorial I will show you how to setup and install Xbox360 Neighborhood which is a program that lets you remote control your xbox with a computer, transfer files from computer to console and from console to computer, take HD screenshots from the console and save them to the computer. This program will also be very useful to have if your Jtag is online for it can launch .xex files without making you run hacked .xex files such as FSD that could get your console banned. The other benefit of the xbox360 neighborhood plugin is that it allows RTE (Real Time Editing) programs to connect to the console for modding games like MW3 Halo and Black Ops 2 and RTG (Real Time Gamertag).
